NeoCosm, eco-responsible micro-factory
Developed and patented by RHEONIS and its partners SQUAREXPERT and TECTIC, NeoCosm technology is based on the innovative Powder-Liquid co-Jetting (PLcJ) process for preparing textured products by placing directed flows of powders and liquids in localized contact. .
The machine implementation of the process makes it a true eco-responsible micro-factory for the automatic manufacturing and packaging, almost instantaneous, on demand and on site of customizable textured products of industrial quality from solid powders or concentrates.
In its implementation in an industrial process, the process frees the manufacturing process from the “batch” stage and all of the associated costs and constraints.

Progress and assets
Today at the prototype stage (TRL 4-5), the NeoCosm technology, the subject of a first patent application, is capable of preparing 100ml of industrial quality gelled products in less than a minute from a powder and water formulation. The preparation of other galenics is currently under development.
